Coordinated a volunteer program that has nearly 400 volunteers working in
every area of the animal shelter. Oversaw volunteer recruitment, placement,
training, recognition, and retention.

Coordinated two community-based food assistance programs. Recruited,
trained, supported and supervised volunteers; maintained service databases and statistics;

victims. Managed the office, including basic bookkeeping. Assisted with special
events planning and grant proposals. Compiled and distributed a monthly newsletter.
